Rotary Information:
The Rotary Celebration 2017, to kick off our Centennial year and fundraiser for our trail improvement project NEEDS everyone to sell tickets. Please make sure you've sold some tickets, bought some yourself and promoted the event whenever possible.
In support of the Centennial Celebration, Jenna Raimbault will be on CHAT TV on Friday at noon.
Rotary Presentations:
President Uwe read a thank you card from Noah Dolter, one of the Rotary Music Festival performers, which are always appreciated by the club.
Upcoming Events:
The Centennial Celebration organizing group is meeting on Tuesday, at 7:30 pm for a regular meeting at the MH Chamber boardroom.
The meeting scheduled for Monday April 17, is cancelled because that is Easter Monday.
The next club bingo is Wednesday evening, April 19th, a sign up email will come out shortly.

The Rotary Club of Medicine Hat was thrilled to welcome Anjali Mishra to our meeting this evening, to celebrate her performance at the 2017 Rotary Rosebowl competition last month at the end of the Rotary Music Festival. Anjali performed a great scene from Arthur Miller's "Death of a Salesman" for our entertainment. Very well done and thank you!

Our best wishes go to Don Davis, who is having eye surgery in Calgary.
Minute People:
Teresa Schile advised the club that we will receive a Rotary Friendship Exchange group from Sri Lanka, from Sunday June 18th thru Tuesday June 20th. She will require billets for 9 men and 1 woman who make up the group. More information about the program and activities will be available over the next few weeks.

Jenny Hetherington reminded the audience that the Newsletter contains membership information, including the posting of potential new members. Please make sure you check it.
Dawn Barr spoke about the Medicine Hat High School Interact project with the Esteli, Nicaragua club, to build a home. She asked the Board members present to meet after the meeting to talk about support for the kids efforts.
Jenna Raimbault needs Rotarians to bring a bottle of wine, to help build a wine tree for the Centennial Celebration. Wine with a value of $100 to 10 dollars, either white or red, is required for the fundraiser.
Dave Panabaker thanked the Rotarians who worked at the Saturday bingo, the team made $859 for the pool and John John won the bingo guess pot.
Dave Panabaker also "more than encouraged" Rotarians to sell Rotary Centennial Celebration tickets. We need a concerted push on these tickets over the next two weeks.
