Putting our Strategic Plan into Action

Rotarians had the opportunity to talk at their tables about our Rotary Club priorities that members previously identified as important for moving our Club forward.

The priority areas include:

1.      Club culture and structure (More Effective Lunch Meetings)
2.      Member Engagement
3.      Promotion of Rotary (Rotary awareness, what’s going on locally and internationally)
4.      Fundraising

With just 10 minutes, Rotarians were fully engaged in conversation and came up with a number of ideas and action items that our Club can (and could) work on.  There were some very interesting suggestions shared by Rotarians that will help us move forward!

Stay tuned in the coming weeks as President-elect Karen Blewett will put together a summary document of all the feedback shared by Rotarians at today’s meeting.

A copy of the Presentation PE Karen was going to show will be placed in the downloadable files, on our homepage.
