This is a District event\, that we have b een asked to lead locally\, and we are really excited! Reach the Summit is all about helping Rotary Clubs create a strong vision for what they want to acheive this Rotary year (and beyond)\, using the supportive framework of the Rotary Action Plan. Together we will explore ways each of our Clubs can continue to do more and more meaningful work\, and come together to s et clear goals and priorities. There will be opportunities to reflect on t he Rotary Action Plan more globally\, and also plenty of time to set goals and get clear on priorities for your own Club. Our aim to ensure that all four Clubs are in attendance\, with a goal of at least 3-4 members per Cl ub (ideally with all Club Presidents in attendance). Overall\, this sessio n is meant to be a supportive session for Clubs to help their President\, leadership\, and members create a strong vision for the year ahead. (If yo u have new members\, this is also a great opportunity for them to better u nderstand Rotary and commit to clear action in your Club.)
