A special lunch to celebrate the upcoming Christmas season. The cost is $30.00/person, and we need a head count by Dec 12th.
The buffet would include:
- Duo of Turkey-Carved herb roasted turkey breast, served with turkey thigh galantine & dried Christmas fruit bread stuffing, natural pan gravy & cranberry compote.
- Fresh baked rolls, whipped herb butter
- Artisan tangled greens with assorted dressings
- Hearts of Romaine salad, lemon garlic croutons, parmesan and bacon bits
- Pickle & vegetable platter
- Chef’s selection of starch
- Chef’s selection of seasonal vegetable
- A variety of cakes and pastries, made locally by our Pastry Chef
